"Had to wait long time to get over ride on discounted plants. They do not let cashier do it at check out. . They have to wait for manager to come. Also many plants were extremely dry an needed watering. Sad to see things dying an wilted yet so expensive."
"Had to pick up an online order for customer... It was easy and painless. Walked in, gave customer name and phone number, they had order ready at front of store already, just had to sign, load and deliver. Makes things much easier for when customer is out of town, they order and pay, I pickup deliver and install. Lowe's personnel even helps load the heavy stuff!"
