"We were in this location yesterday. The tall blonde woman was extremely rude. I understand the amount of tourist during a holiday weekend can be overwhelming, however, if you can’t handle the public with grace find another job. Remember, the business doesn’t pay you, the customers do. Just the response expected. With that attitude you may lose more than you win, but is sounds like you don’t care. Yes, your staff does a great job, except the one blonde rude person. Her co-worker that was in the shop that day was totally embarrassed and even apologized for her attitude."
