"Beyond terrible delivery and installation service. Unprofessional and rude customer service. I would not recommend them for any Maytag appliance installations. They seem to have quite a few negative reviews on this site, now I can understand why - I would give a zero star rating if I could."
"Third party delivery for a washer delivery and installation ordered directly from Maytag. Complete disaster!! Martin the delivery guy completely flooded my home, and just left. Seven weeks after dealing with their claims department, including sending a guy to my home to attempt to find fault in the Maytag appliance. They acknowledged they completely screwed up, but denied my claim. Forced me to file a claim with my insurance for subrogation. Avoid these guys at all costs. Total scam operation"
"Small docking area to move around in but not impossible. I rubbed a couple trees nothing crazy. Make sure you get out to see your obstacles before you put yourself in a bad situation. Friendly people work here. I asked to sign the bol for my next stop because I always put a seal on my trailer just so it covers me. So I got there early 16 hours and not open on Sunday."
"Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. They are a third party delivery company for Lowe’s. I was scheduled to get a washer and dryer sat between 1:30 and 5:30. After waiting all day and calling both Lowe’s and Jb hunt to make sure they would come, they never showed up. Never got a call from them to reschedule or anything. They simply had me wait all day and decided not to come. When I called to complain all they say is that the delivery driver had an emergency and couldn’t make it. Obviously a vague lie to justify their lack of customer service.I called Lowe’s and jb hunt the next day and they schedule me for the same time frame and do nothing to guarantee that I will get my delivery. At the very least make my stop one of the first stops so you don’t repeat a past mistake. This is why I always try to support small businesses"
"I was really nervous about Lowe's having this company deliver my appliances, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a refrigerator delivered one day, and a dishwasher delivered a couple days later. Both delivery crews were very professional, early or on time, wore masks, asked politely if they could move certain things, and ultimately delivered our appliances intact! I would definitely use them again."
