"The one star is for the nurse/receptionist. She has always been polite, sweet, and considerate. Dr. Tosan is unreliable. She is either late or a no show. I’ve tried to be patient and considerate because doctors are humans too but today was the 3rd appointment where she canceled her appointments and my son had to be seen by another doctor. While that doctor is nice, there is a language barrier making the visit frustrating. We will not be returning."

"If I could give Dr. Tosan 100 stars, I would!!! She took such great care of my son in his younger years... she was so patient, kind and compassionate. You can't find truly great doctors like her nowadays. I no longer live in NYC, but I would definitely and still recommend Dr. Tosan. No regrets ever and still remember her and always will for such superb care. Her office was busy, but she didn't skimp on care. She last saw my son possibly in 2012 I think, but if I had it my way, I'd still have her as my son's doctor though he's 17 now. Too bad I live in Georgia, if not she'd still be my go to. Thanks Dr. Tosan!"
