"The staff and Dr. Semel are both very pleasant but the cancellations for me and my child have been out of hand and inconvenient. He’s only 7 months and we’ve already had 3 different cancellations and a delayed appointment that they claim was an hour later than I scheduled it. Despite having had only one meeting with Dr. Semel so far, it is clearly evident that she is a personable individual who truly cares for her patients, and wants nothing but the best for them. Seems to care more about her aesthetic patients than her pediatric practice. Will be switching doctors ASAP."
