"Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. They discriminate against customers in rural areas. I have been waiting on a couch since NOVEMBER and they have rescheduled my delivery appointment FIVE times. The ABSOLUTE worst company I have EVER worked with. No one at the Raleigh/Durham hub could provide me with any assistance and continues to tell me that I will just have to keep rescheduling. BEWARE of purchasing any furniture that has to be delivered by them. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE."
