"Teresa was set as my PCP when I got my insurance coverage on 6/1. Nothing on any of her profiles said ANYTHING about not accepting new patients. I ended up hospitalized for sepsis and was told to follow up with both cardiologist and Teresa to determine the source of infection and plan of action so I don't die. I tried to make an appt with Teresa, and the lady on the phone was extremely hateful and cruel to me. Talked down to me like a child and basically told me to go screw myself and that she didn't care. I was nothing but nice and polite and reaching out for help because this situation is dire. Most shameful encounter I've probably ever had with any type of customer/patient service. I cannot recommend this office. Her behavior was totally disgusting."
