"So glad to have Dr. Cullen-DuPont as part of my care team. He has been integral in continuing my personal physical reeducation and reformation. Revisiting basic human movements in order to enable heavier-lifting was so important. He’s so patient and detail-oriented. A great communicator. Super responsive. Well-structured yet flexible. I truly believe that focusing on foundational positioning and breathing has helped me move forward with my fitness journey and step out of pain. Also so grateful for his ability to look at my workout routine that I really was enjoying and instead of blowing it up, he made some modifications while allowing me to engage in the things I enjoy the most. And his ongoing availability and care and willingness to address questions and roadblocks as they happen has been instrumental. So glad I have him as a resource!"
"I met Jesse at a point where I wasn't sure how I was going to go ahead and live a normal life. Jesse worked with me in trying to sort out exactly what was wrong with me when I had so many multiple diagnoses (all which were wrong) going on at the same time. He figured out how to work with me to learn how to breathe better and be able to do pt exercises at the time same. That was very tough for me to learn. It was a challenge as things kept on changing with so many multiple doctor appointments. Jesse cares deeply about his patients. Kept me going even though I was in a deep dark funk. He cares about you at a depth that most doctors don't even search for. He truly cares about you on a physical, spiritual and emotional level. Highly recommend working with him as he as an amazing therapist and an amazing human being."
"I first met Jesse when I was having hip pain and a friend recommended him. I found that the pain was impacting my activities. There is an exercise class that I take every week, and I was no longer able to complete the class without pain. Although I’d been having hip pain on and off for years, it was time to do something about it. Like anybody, my goal is to age gracefully. I don’t want to give up any activities yet, and I want to stay strong and active as long as I can. I certainly don’t want to give up an exercise class which is not only good for me physically but is somewhat of a social event, as well. I have now seen Jesse several times, and I see improvement after each session. I can now complete my exercise class without pain, and have increased my walking, also. Jesse has helped me see how to move better in my day-to-day life, and how to increase my strength and flexibility. I love that Jesse records his instructions so that you can replay them as needed at home. I am terrible about doing “homework”, but when I do it, I want to be sure I do it correctly so these very specific instructions were a great bonus. Jesse is also very responsive to questions and comments between sessions. Last but not least, I love Jesse’s setting. His office is in a quiet setting in the trees. Parking is very easy. The appointment is one on one, with no exposure to others. He will wear a mask if you are concerned about that. I liked that I was not going to a large practice that can seem so impersonal. I wholeheartedly recommend Jesse without reservation. Jesse’s knowledge and expertise is wonderful, but he also has a welcoming and sweet soul."
"I started Physical Therapy with Jesse after a total replacement. Jesse listened to my concerns and explained each exercise. I was walking without pain in no time. Jesse challenged me every time. I am able to do all the activities I did before surgery. He is compassionate and understanding. I highly recommend him."
"I was very fortunate to receive Physical Therapy treatments from Jesse Cullen DuPont. Being comfortable was not easy after having my first fall. A small break in my right Great Humerus, a split bicep, a hurting left hip, and the left side of body and neck stiff. I am so grateful for Jesse's dedication and love for Physical Therapy, his caring, excellent treatments, and support. Today I am able to use my right hand and shoulder, I walk aware of moving my complete body when I walk, and I continue being able to enjoy life, and help others. When Jesse began asking the questions he needed for my evaluation, I knew I have found a professional Physical Therapist who would help heal my whole experience of breaking a bone and teach me to restore my strength and vitality. Jesse’s questions included my feelings, my preferences, my own expectations for healing… And a Special question: “What would help you recover?” Jesse understood my way of dealing with pain: Meditation and continue learning Neuroscience At the end of the session, Jesse wrote the name of a book, “Why the Zebras Don’t Get Ulcers” Every Physical Therapy Session with Jesse Cullen DuPont is truly a healing session. I left smiling ... Lots of Love Mercedes Cecilia"
