"I have rented from this company for over 10 years and never had a bad experience. They remember me when I email them and they remember my children AND my dog's name. They take care of arranging or my linens through the linen rental company and have the cleaning company go ahead and make up the beds for me if I request it (and I always do). They don't bombard me with needless emails and that is greatly appreciated; they reply to me when I email them and handle everything remotely. They always have; way before Covid. Highly recommend and will continue to use."
