"Worst experience ever, my uncle a 77 year old man called and asked for movers, they wouldn’t give him an estimate, they got the dates wrong and then claimed they knocked on the door for 5 mins when there were 5 people home. The manager was extremely rude and said her men took pictures of them standing at the door, when I asked for pictures she said she was washing her hands with this and was done. I would give this place no stars. Horrible, Horrible horrible!!"

"Wonderful People!! We were moving and our moving company decided that they could not move our fridge for us on the day of moving and we were frantic because we needed our fridge I contacted this company and they came out the same day of me calling actually within 1 hour and moved my fridge for me and even helped move my boxes to another off site storage location. The office staff was wonderful and the movers were great everyone there saved the day and I can not be more thankful for there help!! A++++"

"Do yourself a favor and stay well away from this company. On 3/18/2016 I hired Forbes Distribution to move a leather sofa from the upstairs to the downstairs in my home. Unfortunately during the move the sofa was scraped along the handrail and both the sofa and the handrail were damaged. I made at least a half dozen calls to the office requesting that someone from the customer service department call me so that we could discuss how the repairs were to be handled. I received no return phone call. I did finally speak with Alex 3 weeks later and we set an appointment for him to visit my home to inspect the damages. He did not show at the appointed time or call to reschedule. Since then another half dozen voice mails to Alex have not been returned. I would say that the customer service in this company was horrendous but first there would have to be a culture of customer service. In my experience customer service at Forbes Distribution is nonexistent"
