"Please make sure you ask for prices BEFORE you do any business here! I went in to fax something (I have used this place for a lot of mail services) and they charged $2.50 a page to fax something! I had 15 pages and they did NOT inform me it would be that much before they did it. Also there are no service prices posted anywhere. I am so upset!!!"

"I wish I could give this place zero stars !!! Possibly the worst business in Myrtle Beach !! Very unprofessional worker and very rude !! I believe he is also the owner. He snatched the envelope out of my hand when I asked if it was enough stamps, threw it onto the scale and bent my package and said it can’t bend in the Manila envelope it was in He told me to put it in the mail box by the door. I said well when would it be delivered? He said can’t guarantee delivery. This is not the first time they were rude to me. I also witnessed him being disrespectful to other customers as well. I will never do business here again!!"

"BEWARE of Coastal Postal in Carolina Forest. They took my company credit card for payment then overcharge me with the person before me and my charge. Then he told me they couldn’t credit my company CC. I asked them to send a check to my company to reimburse them. He said no. They only offered to cut me personally a check and I told him I couldn’t do that. So he got mad and told me to decline the charge and he wouldn’t fight it. Today I went back in to send something and they refused me service. For something the manager/owner did. They obviously don’t want regular monthly business and could care less about their customers. "
