"I bought from amazon and was delivered by ceva logistics who work with Speedy Pak Delivery Service. The item was delivered late about 1 week from original delivery date but the issue is with CEVA. I called Speedy Pak Delivery Service and make a schedule drop off and they delivered my item perfectly in front of the house. Before they arrive within 30 minutes, they gave a call that they are arriving."

"First time had only one piece of my bed delivered , wasn't their all on wayfair . Then got another bed ordered and they left a part of my bed of the dock this time , so now I have to wait two more days to get a bed that was supposed to be here on the 12th of December ( wrote this on 27th of December) . Drivers were great guys who called before they came and got the situation straighten but who ever is loading the trucks and not checking what is being loaded needs to be retrained!"

"The young lady that answered the phone to help customers lacks basic customer service skills and manners. The manager has the same issue. Both were very disrespectful. Called many times and facility closed, yet website speaks of 24/7 service. Message was not returned. Had to Wayfair to help and call the facility. My package was sitting in their facility and had been sitting there for a week and they failed to communicate as promised and then argued with me over it. Package finally got delivered after several calls. Now, the delivery man was probably the best delivery man I have ever had. Extremely helpful and courteous. My husband and I thought he saved the day."

Once again very satisfied!** Ive heard a lot of stories about ordering furniture online and THEN delivery service for larger items can really ruin the whole experience. Speedy Pak in MB delivered our Wayfair furniture today and we couldnt have been more happy with the 2 guys that delivered our package and how great of shape the traveling box was in. Aaron and the other gentleman were very courteous and I would definitely recommend this delivery company! Thanks guys :)"
