"Dear CVS corporate leadership, please allow your pharmacists to have the flexibility to extend their lunch breaks if they are unable to go on lunch at 1:30pm due to customer service. We understand that at corporate level you have very little to no understanding of what happens in a "real" store. Retail is Inherently unpredictable and to have a set time for anything shows your lack of real world experience. This week, I went to pick up my med at right around 1:29pm and a simple 1 min transaction turned into a 6 to 8 mins long transaction, which frustrated your pharmacist, who was not very nice or engaging to begin with. She had also lost 1/3 of her lunch break. They rushed me out the door, which upset me very much. You at CVS corporate are at fault for putting in a policy that has little to do with how things actually happen in stores and which frustrates your already frustrated pharmacists. Your lack of knowledge about real world stores or carelessness is causing your pharmacy team frustrations and that is being felt by your customers. I will not be filling my prescriptions at cvs anymore nor will any of my family members."
"I stopped going here for fear of my health, safety & life. They are severely understaffed and it shows whenever I used to go there. Errors, miscommunications and errirs and more misconceptions. Hannaford next door has been great. I walk in and most of the pharmacists know me by name. I went to pull my drivers license out for a Med I need to show ID for and the pharmacist said “no need Mr. XXXXXXX”, I know you. THATS a really nice feeling and something CVS could never do."
"I unfortunately have lost my health insurance for the last two years and after the third increase in the last two months I decided to look around elsewhere for prescription cost to my amazement. I am saving $440 on one prescription alone. Thanks to good old price chopper, just because the people are good and CVS doesn’t mean the prices are I will not be back."
"Excellent pharmacy. Extremely miserable store staff. Hardly a greeting at all and when you need help prepare for being treated like you are an illiterate child. I hate picking up items here unless from the pharmacy. It is truly amazing how the two parts of this location are diametric opposite experiences for the customer. It's worth driving, even WALKING, any distance to any other store if you need an item the grocery store is out of."
"I had a great experience and I wanted to say thank you! I called to make sure the photo scanner was a rapid scanner, and the printers were running. The manager was the one who answered the phone and he was super polite! I think his name was Alex! I arrived and was super discouraged when I thought it was frozen... and the super nice cashier came over and explained I needed to use the mouse. Oops! Thanks! All their equipment was up and running. The manager came over and had a quick chat! Thank you for a super experience, it was a terribly, long day with some bad experiences at other locations. I appreciated your kindness and patience. Keep up the great work I know were all getting tired."
