"The company insisted that I prepay with a check which I wouldn't do as I had never worked with them before and checks can't be charged backed in case of fraud. I said that I would prepay with a credit card so as to insure I had recourse in case of fraud but they said they would charge me a 4% fee for doing that. They said that as a first time customer they didn't trust my company to extend us credit but somehow expected me to trust them with prepayment via check. There are better companies out there for your freight needs."

She was irate and yelling which is very unprofessional. I would not recommend doing business with them because of this behavior."
