"It’s concerning how brain dead these employees are. Including the supervisor. Honestly very sad to see people deteriorate this way. A simple return/exchange is rocket science to them it’s no wonder they’re being replaced with self service machines."
"The pharmacy staff is VERY patient and kind. I was having issues with my (old) insurance no longer covering medications that were previously covered. Something that was originally $0 with insurance was suddenly $55 so CVS gave me a discounted price for one month ($18 w discount). The next time I was in, they worked with me to help find other brands that were 100% covered by my new insurance!"
"Don’t come here go to Walgreens the have better hours and better customer service. Each time you pick up a prescription you have to bring your id and they will NOT take a picture off the phone but NYPD accepts a picture… smh the manager argued with me and did not listen to me. I suggest supporting a local pharmacy or going to Walgreens. Plus the pharmacy line is always long"
"No one helped me, I filled a prescription but never spoke to the pharmacist. The cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE and just wanted to rush my transaction. She was rude, very unprofessional, and annoyed. I changed my pharmacy all because of her. She needs to be retrained or trained at all for professionalism and customer service."
"The Pharmacist Hayeon, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She was quick to help when I looked lost. Thank you!"
