CVS Pharmacy 108-11 Queens Boulevard, Queens, NY 11375

"During an emergency visit to this CVS Pharmacy in Forest Hills for my ailments, the first encounter with the pharmacist, an Asian Chinese gentleman, was quite helpful. However, on my second visit, the other pharmacist was occupied with a phone call, making me wait until he finished. Unfortunately, after the call, he couldn't assist me and had to call a colleague. It left me wondering why he didn't reach out to his colleague while on the phone, leaving me in an extended waiting period."

"They are a bunch of crooks and thieves. I had to go there 2 times to pick up a moneygram transfer. The first time they refused me service because apparently several hundred dollars is too big of a transaction for them. The second they told me I had to wait 16 hours. I dont see the point of offering a service if they won't fill out their obligations to give you money they collected but when it comes to collecting it they have no problem doing that on the spot"

"I was told my insurance was not contracted with CVS and then essentially shooed away without receiving any services needed. I then called via phone, where I was left on hold for 20 minutes. Someone then answered the phone, said “hello, CVS pharmacy” and put me back on hold with no warning immediately. Then another person answered, I told her i needed to transfer a prescription, and then was put on hold again with no warning. I was then left on hold for another 40 minutes, while numerous individuals picked up the phone and put it down before being sent to voicemail"

"All cashiers very route they dnt know how to talk with customers last time I place order online when I come back homeopen envelope wrong stuff inside . Very bad customer service. Pharmacy same thing . Please dnt go this Pharmacy. Very bad experience."

"Have been coming to this location to pick up medications. Pharmacy staff is relatively approachable for questions. Also did my covid shots here, open of the tech was a little annoyed when i ask if he is the pharmacist who is giving the shot (I wasn't questioning his ability to give shots, but just want to see if he is the pharmacist) . overall, this location serves its purpose, gets the job done (sometimes with a little attitude, but we are in nyc after all)"
