"1571 CVS is my favorite pharmacy. Always have what I need and great costumer service."
"Visited 1571 forest avenue, where I shop at least once a week. Buying makeup this time spending 30 on revlon products. If you spend 20 you get 8 dollars in bucks. Well it does not print out. The manager comes looks at the products and looks one up and says it clearance and it does not count. Ok she tells me if you buy something else for 2.00 you will get it. Ok what can you tell what product of reveling is 2.00. Also it was not clearance. It did come up on sale on the receipt. But she the manager would no issue the 8 dollars in bucks. Is not really about the 8 bucks it principal. I feel like they robbed me. Thanks for nothing but aggravating me over getting something for 2 bucks that does not exist"
"Vaccine shot - has its own check-in lane. Panels for privacy, but it got busy so the wait was more than 10 minutes. Muscle shots are a little more painful and warnings about adverse reactions were given verbally."
"The staff are great. Most are friendly and approachable, some are not. The drive thru pharmacy needs staff too many times it's closed with a sign claiming delivery day, not true. Just not enough staff to remain consistent. The biggest issue is they only have 2 shopping carts... in the whole store? I find it hard to comprehend. I'm disabled and walking to the rear to get prescriptions is a chore. I'm thinking of just changing to another pharmacy or just Amazon. I really don't appreciate temporarily working for the store in self checkout."
"Nearly impossible to reach the pharmacy by phone. The automatic system is long, and once you find the option for speaking to a pharmacist, you end up on hold listening to weepy music punctuated by a sales pitch for 15 minutes, only to then get disconnected. This is the third time I've tried to talk to a human being. This pharmacy has been great, however, for automatically refilling prescriptions. I like the drive thru."
