Whenever I reach out or visit this pharmacy, I never feel like I'm wasting time waiting in line or losing a significant part of my day (unlike my experiences at other pharmacies in the past). One standout individual is Anna, who consistently creates a comforting atmosphere! The pharmacists here are tirelessly dedicated, consistently attending to phones and computers, ensuring you feel valued and cared for. They prioritize your well-being, striving to deliver your medication promptly and at the best possible price! I will wholeheartedly recommend this pharmacy to others and eagerly await my next monthly visit. "Do yourself a favor and use a different pharmacy. They can't find orders, they can't fill prescription s on time. They will mess up refills. I have not seen such incompetence from supposed professionals in a very long time."

"Probably the worst pharmacy in New York metro area. If there was zero stars, this is what I would give the pharmacy. They are understaffed, chronically late with filling prescriptions, and not apologetic about it! Their service has declined so dramatically in the past few months it's absurd. I have read on social media platforms about neighbors having similar problems and it seems nothing is being done. They never answer the pharmacy phone. Horrible customer service, very unprofessional and rude."

"1 star is generous. The customer service at this location is absolutely horrific. Whether you call or go in person, no one at this location including the pharmacy gives an actual care about helping you. They rush you through questions, cut you off mid sentence and if you call you’re on hold easily for 40 mins. This is really as bad as it gets. Not sure if there’s an actual manager running this place. Everyone I encounter looks perpetually like they’re lost or DGAF."
