"Dara is an amazing technician. She’s extremely patient and hard working. She goes out of her way above and beyond behind the counter. Even when doctors and insurances don’t match, she gets on the phone to help the patient. For anyone upset, understand as someone who just observes, you have people coming in her face screaming and not thinking logically about what the process is and how she still trying to find a solution for patients. Be kind to the people helping you. Humanity goes both ways, remember! Screaming in a pharmacy employee’s face can’t change the limitations that they are working through to still get you a solution. And if you have issues, write to your insurance companies that make such complex systems to get you the help and medicine you need!"

"I’ve had more than one horrible experience here. The techs in particular are very rude, incompetent, and do not have any patience. The only employee at this branch who is amazing is Pharmacist Lily. Dr. Lily works harder than anyone at this branch and is extremely sweet, kind, and humble. Dr. Lily will answer all your questions and reassure you. The techs treat this like a bodega and just want to sell the meds quickly. They will often make mistakes and then blame you or say that nothing can be done. They also make rude remarks like “I don’t make the medicine idk” this comment was specifically made my Darakshan Ahmed. She also huffed at me then walked away after throwing my medication on the table. I am considering transferring my meds to another locations because of the techs."

"Flu Shot: Fairly quick, walk in permitted, no appointment needed. After giving the fu shot, the nurse misplaced the bandage not covering the injection part which leaves blood stain on my shirt. Be sure to check the bandage before leaving."
