"Dustin Roberts called to confirm my address in Newland on Saturday August 13, 2022. He pulled up in front of my house and said he could not pull into the yard as it was muddy and if he got stuck, he would get fired. I said, "You can use the driveway." I pointed to the driveway on side of house. He backed in and kept backing around to back of house. I asked, "Where are you going, I need it in front of house." Dustin jumped out and said, " I have to get the lift gate in a good place, Lady we don't deliver inside your house and undress everything." I said, "Ok, communication goes a long way. I didn't know where you were going or what you were doing." Dustin said, " You know what? You can reschedule your delivery. I'm not doing it!" Then, Dustin got in the Estes truck and drove off! I attempted to call him 3 times and he would not answer. My 2 builders were standing next to me watching the entire event. Both builders said, "What did you say that was out of line? You were spot on!" Estes owes me an apology and needs to compensate my situation which includes wasting the builders time for the install today! Monday, August 15th I call Estes to talk to someone about the No delivery and I was told someone will try to call me back after lunch today! Hopefully manager, Matt Skinner will call me today.... sometime...to resolve this.??"

"My mother and I were waiting on delivery of our bathroom vanity today. The Estes driver, Dustin, called to confirm our address. When he arrived, he appeared rude and popped off at the mouth to my mom and told her that she could reschedule her delivery that he was not going to drop the lift on the truck. He drove off and left! Our building contractors were standing nearby to lift the vanity into the house. Driver was rude, unnecessarily aggressive with his conversation and did not communicate well."
