"Very unprofessional, I made an appointment for Covid vaccine and I was denied. despite the fact that I made the appointment two days prior. The excuse that they used seem highly unlikely to me. I feel they’re incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. I was also asked for my insurance information… which I was told is not necessary in the state of NY. NYS Covid vaccine is free and no insurance information is required. I don’t know why they insisted it was necessary. But I didn’t like or trust the interaction I had with the female pharmacist. the whole interaction was very unprofessional. Because of this I will no longer do business at the pharmacy"
