"They are not even one star!!! First off the pharmacy is incredibly rude. I can't say that enough!!!! RUDE. And don't bother trying to talk to the store manager. She is just as rude and does not even know the District Managers name. Which if I am not mistaken it is on the wall with a picture. This pharmacy has given the wrong medication more than once and not even for 30 days to my father. How dangerous is this??? A bottle with someone else's meds in. And thank God he did not accidentally take it since you can't hardly mix anything with his meds. They lie all the time to him. Telling him you can pick it up this day and turn around and when he calls to get it they say nope sorry it will be this day. Most of the time they do not even have his meds in and he is waiting. This pharmacy has gone down way down.... And to allow your staff to be rude to customers thinking that is OK??? I can only hope people will start going somewhere else and let them stop making money off of good people to be treated like garbage. Due to treating a Parkinsons patient like you did and now making an er trip because of it. Thanks for everything CVS you are not a good place at all. We will be taking our business to a pharmacy that has at the least great customer service!!!!! We can definitely do better than you. Good Luck!!! "Hello. I am very disappointed with the behavior of the employees of this pharmacy. I think it's the fault of the manager who cannot cope with the coworkers. There is only one solition: Change the manager into a responsible and competent person who will control this chaos or replace all the workers. They always had problems with online receptions but recently it's ridiculous. One person tells me that I have no more refills, the other one sends a prescription to the doctor. Eventually, it turns out that they have carried out some strange transfers of my medicines to another CVS without informing me. The pharmacist should help the patient to solve his problem and not send them to the doctor when it comes to such a serious disease as hypertension. They were always not nice and not helpful to me but they have been scandalous lately. That's why I decided to change the pharmacy for a responsible, professional and helpful as soon as possible. I do not know how these people received pharmaceutical education. For this you need predispositions, appropriate IQ and responsibility. They are at the elementary school stage. Personally, I would not even let them walk the dog for a walk because they would probably have just come back with the leash. At the moment, I am asking the Department of Health for an immediate response and make fast decision about future thys place. Today for me is "Grade Pending" place. You will make a responsible decision and react in this matter because if they cannot count, they can also mistake medication and lead to the patient's death. We pay high taxes and believe that we should be treated with respect and assistance from the staff side. Of corst they don't gave me enough pills. In One container have just 28 on the second 29. Firstyvle back to school and take test for basic matematic skills. I am calling for the organization to be reorganized as soon as possible. I also sent a complaint to the Department of Health and the City Administrator for Pharmaceuticals Law."
