CVS Pharmacy

"Today’s interaction is 1 star or less. But I am giving 3 stars for the parking, location and the other staff members. I went to my local cvs which is 24/7 location and I absolutely love the convenience of that location. I go there for my meds and other needs. Today I got on the long line for medication pick up. That is no problem for me. It is expected and I am willing to wait. After waiting ages I get called next by someone whose name I do not know because she was using someone else’s register login. Edited this review after realizing that Liliana is not this persons name but rather one of the most helpful staff at this CVS. Before she even called me she is huffing and puffing and mumbling to customers. She can barely stand up straight. I understand it’s the evening shift and she may be tired. No problem. As soon as she calls next she leaves to the back of the pharmacy without any explanation. I am standing at the counter waiting for her and watching her sitting in the back talking to her colleague. I thought it must be something urgent so I am waiting. 10-12 minutes later she comes back and mumbles to me what happened, why are you waiting here? The line is over there. I said you called next. She responds oh. I did? I get frustrated and say yes why else would I be waiting here? She asks me the name and DOB to retrieve the medications. As she leaves the register I make a comment to my companion that “she friggin forgot” to which Liliana starts arguing back they I can’t say that. I tell her of course I can because you actually did forget. She gives me the medication and I leave. If I make a comment about your clearly bad service in my personal conversation you cannot tell me otherwise. Ridiculously incompetent staff member. Other than her everyone else is always very pleasant and helpful."

"CVS on Allenton Ave close to White Plains Rd in the Bronx, NY is a local pharmacy that provides access to medications and other health related products. Along with that, it also sells a number of food, beverages, juices, and refrigerated products. Although we found food prices to be a bit on the high end, we were able to grab a few affordable things with additional free membership discounts. Overall, this store is convenient and cleaned, with a sociable staff. There is easy access via NYC Subway and busses. You can also get there by car with paid/ free street parking, depending upon the traffic and time of day."

"This is one of the best cvs pharmacy. I haven't had a problem with prescriptions and they are always stocked and have fresh snacks and foods. cvs team member DeeDee is the Best! shout out to you my Employee of the year! CVS employee DeeDee is always professional and courteous, sympathetic and fast!!!"

"Not professional at all Some girl there ,she's acting rudely with the costumers I think the main manager should pay attention when hiring employees I think this is CVS , not some Bazar at jerome or grand concourse."

"The pharmacist and one of the employees discriminated against me , I find the CVS pharmacy on 1916 willamsbridge road to be very racist, who totally ignores their patients. I find the quality of care there is way bellow standard compare to in the city. I think the pharmacist should be taking some kind of sensitivity training"
