"Why can't we leave ZERO stars? These people are worse than ZERO. They were supposed to deliver furniture. Wayfair hired them, but I was stuck with their problem child, CLW delivery, Linn Star Transport, or Final Mile whatever DBA name they use for you (probably to hide from BBB and the terrible Google reviews they earn). First no one picked these delivery people, the Final Mile (or whatever) picked up the bid. They chose this delivery and the initial delivery date. Regardless, they emailed a week in advance to confirm, again a few days later and followed up with a text on the morning of "delivery" to make sure that I wouldn't miss their 12 HOUR delivery window from 7am to 7pm. I could not get thru to their absurd excuse for a call center all day so I waited until 6:50pm and called them. By 8:00pm I got a person! They would not, could not explain except to say that, "I do not see a route order" and refused to explain what that meant. I attempted to reschedule despite this company already costing me a days earnings which is more than the stupid furniture cost. They REFUSED to schedule another day besides Saturday, 5 days out when I was out of town for the weekend. I went in circles with them until I realized these people have NO RESPECT for other people's schedules or time. I gave up and tried dealing with Wayfair since it is their "delivery team". Well once Wayfair reps learn I'm calling about a delivery problem they immediately change language and refer to a third party delivery contractor that they can't control. But that's on Wayfair for accepting the bid. So this company never helped, and another delivery company was hired. They cost me a couple thousand $ ... Happily! AVOID THESE PEOPLE! CLW delivery, Linn Star Transport, or Final Mile whatever DBA name they use for you!"

"I had a washer and dryer delivered. It was 2 front loaders and I needed them stacked into a deep closet. Could tell they enjoyed their job which is amazing, super polite and professional. THEY ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT MY FAMILY and made sure everything was PERFECT!"

"I would give this company a zero if I could. Had a dryer delivered at 10 PM and installer forgot to completely shut off water supply. Had water damage the next morning. Clw sends me a certified letter to contact them about a damage claim. However their phone mailbox is full and will not take my message"

"My lowes delivery experience was by far the worst I have ever had. Very unprofessional they laid my dryer on its back on my concrete drive way then left all their trash in driveway and in my laundry room including their cigarette butts. They also didn't level my washer or dryer and had to do it myself. I have medical issues with my back so that was all kinds of fun. Find who you buy your stuff if they are the ones delivering and if they are pay someone else to do it."

"Do Not Use CLW Delivery because they will not take responsibility for any damage caused to your home as a result of their negligence. They delivered and installed a new refrigerator to my home and they pinched the line when they pushed the refrigerator back into its enclosure causing a huge water leak that ruined my laminate floor. They deny responsibility for their negligence and refuse to take responsibility. The prudent approach would have been to simply strap the water line out of the way. This is totally their responsibility as a "professional installation" company. They have several unresolved complaints with the Better Business Bureau of this same nature. They were hired by Sears to deliver the refrigerator so they may be delivering your appliances and you would not even know it was CLW Delivery. I simply thought it was Sears Home Delivery until I experienced all the issues. Now it looks like my only recourse is legal action."
