"DO NOT USE AS UPS ACCESS POINT. My package is lost although they claim the ups truck has already picked up the package. It's been 3 weeks. I didn't receive a receipt so I can't even track my package. Staff seems lost. I'm feeling like my package was stolen. They even mistaked me for another customer with an delivery issue & allowed me to leave with the mistaken package until I checked & it was not mine. so annoyed that I'm possibly not getting my money for my returned package. 0/10."

"I'm not sure what has changed since my initial five star rating but I have updated it now to one star. This Pharmacy is a little unorganized. I receive phone calls from them when they receive a new medication asking if I wanted to fill it. Isn't that the point of calling in a medication? For it to be filled. I even asked why do I continuously get this call because it doesn't make sense to me if my physician is putting through medication other pharmacies automatically just fill it. The pharmacist is often not there and I feel they should close down when he's not there because what's the point of remaining open. It's not like they can give me my medications without him there, which make zero sense since its for pick up. Due to these little minor inconveniences that keep happening too often, I'm changing pharmacist"

"This place doesn’t even deserve a star! I could give HORRIBLE LOCATION! Don’t EVER use this place as a UPS pick up point. On Monday package was delivered, the staff claimed there was an issue with package tracking info and they had to speak to the UPS delivery driver and told me to return another day. I came multiple times and they said they hadn’t seen the man. Thursday came and they said the UPS man took the package and returned back to sender but they had no proof no slip or nothing and were so clueless! It made me believe they stole my package or something. They were so oblivious and were not helpful at all. So unprofessional I would never ship a package here again because they lack accountability and provided horrible customer service."

"Wow, what a pleasant experience. Today I visited the pharmacy and everyone was very professional, and the service was absolutely amazing. The technicians were very polite. The personnel at the counter was so friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is very organized and clean. Loved my visit and will be coming here for all my needs moving forward."
