Brenda in customer service could not have been more friendly and helpful, and we're delighted with the new cushion. This company could lead workshops in customer service ... Such service seems harder to find with every passing year!"

"We've had This End Up furniture in our home since I was a child. I miss having a local showroom, but it's great we can still order online! Since 2020 we have ordered 2 couches and 2 queen size beds through TEU, and every time the quality is flawless and the delivery is very smooth. And to the Karen who left a negative review because SHE ordered the wrong item - this is a furniture company, not a psychic. How are they supposed to know you weren't ordering that piece as a stand alone item?"

"This review is more for CUSTOMER SERVICE/QUALITY CONTROL rather than the product itself. Although there is nothing wrong with this bed drawer unit (except it isn't worth $452 dollars based on materials and plywood sides), it looks ridiculous under the solid end bunk bed set. I'm surprised that no one reached out to me when I ordered the bunk bed set with this BED drawer unit, rather than the BUNK drawer unit - maybe to ask me if this was really the correct drawer unit I meant to order. It's the same price for either drawer unit, but the bed drawer unit is substantially lower in height compared to the bunk drawer unit. With a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping costs, I'm stuck with an expensive error on my part. It's a shame my order wasn't questioned on the receiving end of things. Customer service is non-existent these days. This was my fault but that's what customer service/quality control is there for, isn't it? To ensure the customer ordered correctly prior to fulfilling orders? I'm going to say they don't do that anymore."

"10/10 would recommend. Needed to buy bunk bed hardware for 30 year old bed frames. Company still has the hardware package because the furniture is designed to last. Staff was friendly, helpful and fast."

"I bought this love seat / futon from This End Up in 1990 while I was in college. Now 30 years later, 6 moves, and 3 kids, I decided to replace the cushion. I ordered just the cushion because the frame is still in great shape. Ordering online from just a picture of the fabric was a little daunting. Waiting 6 weeks for it to be produced seemed like forever. However I picked it up today and it's marvelous. The fabric is soft and the cushion is firm, like brand new. Thank you for making such high quality furniture. We look forward to enjoying this for years to come."
