"A friend of ours raves about the wings so we decided to come check them out. When you walk in there is no one to seat you and no sign to seat yourself. Inside looked pretty busy so we sat out on the patio. It took a long time for someone to finally come and get our drink order. The rest of the evening we had two servers come, back to back, and then a long gap with no one. They need to be better trained or have someone who oversees the operation. We ordered nachos as an appetizer and when they finally brought them out they gave us one set of silverware and no extra plates or napkins. My husband and I split 10 wings. They have 5 sauce options and our waitress said only one has no heat, the “Jaco wings” or BBQ Teriyaki. We gave it a try as my husband can’t have anything spicy hot. The nachos and wings were just so-so. They had entertainment outside but again, not impressed. I really try to give good reviews and find the good in restaurants but not happening here. I don’t think we will be back."

"It’s hard to find some good rotisserie chicken however this joint hit the spot! Renovated the old Esso station, retained some of the charm and converted this into a pretty cool little spot. Upon entry, the directions were a little unclear with regards to which way to go however you can figure out dine in fairly quickly. The menu is pretty comprehensive and the food was really good. Rotisserie chicken was tender and juicy, broccoli was fresh, the cornbread was tasty. My only hang up was the Mac and Cheese which was just average. The only other drawback was the service: staff appear to either be stretched or under managed. A lot of side gossip, drinks unrefreshed, and quite a few folks just waiting around. However I’m confident a good general manager can help to turn the service around."

"Recently, while visiting Rock Hill, my boyfriend and I decided to try The Roasting Company. I got “chicken and rice con queso” with a side of Mac and cheese and fries. The chicken and rice was very bland and the chicken was extremely dry. The max and cheese was inedible with how awful it was. The Mac and cheese was dry and flavorless. Fries were served cold. Overall my food was almost inedible as a whole. My boyfriend got the chicken and dumplings with a side of cinnamon apples. He said the chicken and dumplings were good, but could notice the dry chicken. He absolutely loveddd the cinnamon apples. For our cornbread, both of us could not finish it. It was so so dry. Service - Walking in initially, it is confusing to know what to do. You can go up to the counter and order right away or go sit down. We didn’t know if it was seat yourself or what. There was also a bar. This place is all over the place. We received no help, just decided to take a seat on the patio. A very nice girl served us. However, she was extremely slow. Everything took forever except for the food coming out. The food came out virtually right away. Scarily right away. Due to this we can tell that nothing is made to order, everything is just scooped up and served. No wonder the food sucked. Overall - I don’t like giving out bad reviews, however I was unable to find much that I liked about this place. I have no idea how this place has good reviews."

"Very clean place, the staff was very friendly the food was outstanding. This is a great place with a very appealing menu and big portion sizes. I did not leave still hungry, I felt the cost to portion ratio was very well priced and a place I would go.back and try something else on the menu. Highly recommend."
