"Ordered a pizza online for pick up. Show up and "the order didn't go through" okay. So they say wait 15 min and we'll make it. Wait 15 more min. Go back in... Oh "the order didn't go through" WHAT?!? How do you talk to a person and them blame it on an order "not going through" How do you not make sure a lost order gets made. Omg. First time at the Hut in a while, such a bad experience. (42 min later still waiting)"

"tried to order delivery but they didn’t have a driver that they would have to cancel my first order, okay no problem, shout out to them for communicating well. Well after that I went through DoorDash immediately afterwards (cause the delivery was the issue right?) and my doordasher said they were closed. Very weird being that I had just got off of the phone with them regarding my previous order. Went back to check my order after getting my refund from DD and all of a sudden PH is not accepting DD orders. I’m not sure if this is just a workers issue, lack of workers, or if they need to update their hours of service but this was an inconvenience for me."

"This particular location that I shopped at (Herlong Ave in Rock Hill, SC) is highly understaffed but you can't tell at all from a customer standpoint. They worked very hard to get my order out to me in a timely manner every time and I truly appreciate that. If you're a manager here, I would highly recommend considering giving each employee here a raise. They truly deserve it!"

"We have had exceptional service at this Pizza Hut! The GM, Christy, is a gem. She helped us serve our community by donating pizzas, breadsticks, and pop. Janaya was also wonderful and sweet. We are so grateful for what they have done for us and our local community. A big THANK YOU to Christy!"

"Placed an online order through the mobile app (which is normal for us) - had no issues. We did not arrive for pickup until 45 minutes after the order was placed, to provide a few extra minutes for prep. seeing as it’s a football weekend. The cashier kept asking who the order was for even though the order name was on the screen and was repeated multiple times. The cashier then provided one of two boxes from the order. When we mentioned needing the other box of cheese sticks she decided to throw open our pizza box and point to a pepperoni pizza and claim the pizza was in fact our order of cheese sticks. When we continued to argue that our pizza was not in fact the order of cheese sticks she audibly huffed in our face and returned with a box containing a pizza melt. When we pointed out the mistake we were told we’d have to wait for a new order to be made seeing as they’d given away our order of cheese sticks. At the end of the day I know Pizza Hut is a fast food pizza place, of sorts. However, if we follow ordering protocol and provide additional time to make sure an order of two items can be prepared correctly, we expect the two items to be correct without argument (or boxes open for all to breathe on during said argument)."
