"on multiple occasions I have had packages that FedEx claims have been delivered to me on beech mountain... but they never arrived to me on beech mountain. I have called the customer service number and I've spoken with the trace department and they never get back to me even though they state that they will get back to me. My packages go missing and I am out of luck. Terrible service and terrible follow up."
