"Cool concept but almost everything was broken or non functional which isn’t explained to you before you pay (makes sense)"
"Right after paying the required entrance fee and then checking out the space, we realized half the games were broken or defunct. About 3 out of 9 video games were working; 2 out of 4 skee ball games were working; ping pong tables were lopsided; none of the 3 basketball machines were working; chess was missing pieces; lame UNO cards were lying around. The only thing to play with were the wooden blocks and a bunch of kids were in line fighting over them. Don’t really don’t recommend unless you just want to pay for a space to let your kid run around."
"For $5-8 per person depending on when you arrive, you can play all the games within the game room an unlimited number of times. There are two sessions on each weekend day, so it's not necessarily walk-in and play but I don't think you'll need a whole session's time to try everything out. We spent at most 1.5hrs here. They had classic arcade games such as basketball hoops, shuffleboard, skeeball, arcade cabinets, racing, and jenga. The concept is great but almost all of the games are janky, missing parts or broken. The games that worked the best were the old school arcade cabinets. A decent place to spend some time but I would probably only go once. Industry City is my go-to place to eat and walk around with friends and family. There's always something new to try or experience, especially in the warmer seasons! If I was looking for arcade nostalgia at Industry, I would walk around the top floor of Japan City with claw machines, gatchas, and various vendor stalls. Not prefect but visually appealing for a bit."
"Our bottle beers were shonky,,, my burgers was burnt with the wrong bun..and my husband's sandwich was soggy.. we will not go back..."
"Cool concept, but that's about it. Pretty much all of the arcade machines are broken, the controls and buttons are not responsive. The basketball machines are all broken, with the netting being badly damaged, causing the balls to get stuck or slip right out of the machine, along with deflated mismatching balls. Only thing that wasn't broken was the foosball table that I managed to play. Would be a great spot if they managed to fix the games."
