"My son who has autism was supposed to be provided transportation by this company to and from school. Monday morning came, the first day of school, and we still had not heard from the company about a pickup time or a confirmation. My wife called and was assured by Teresa that they had him on file and that he would be picked up at 11:00 am (lie 1). When 11:15 came and no one had come she called back and was told by Teresa they had messed up the start date for him and in fact no one was coming. After arguing that our son needed to go to school she finally sent someone and he was able to go. I then called to ensure he would have a ride home since they didn’t have him on the schedule after we were told he was. I was told yes he would have a ride and that they would continue to proved him transportation services for the remainder of the week, but after that he would have to find a new service for him (lie 2). This was even confirmed by Teresa by her telling me that she was writing down our sons schedule due to it being different since it was the first week back. He was brought back home and that was that. Fast forward to Tuesday and at 11:33 when still no driver had shown up, he was supposed to be picked up at 11:00, I then called again and was told by Teresa that i was never told that he would continue to receive services for the remainder of the week (lie 3) and that he was not their responsibility. Of course my son missed his 2nd day back at school due to our jobs and because of their mess up, not ours and not his. At no point was an apology offered or an acknowledgement of their mistake. This company and Teresa are an absolute joke, and judging by other reviews I’ve seen they’re apparently not very fond of individuals with disabilities either. She was rude with my wife, she was rude with myself, and had zero care about our son. It’s pathetic you have to give even 1 star to leave a review to warn others about this “business.” Teresa was incredibly unprofessional and it’s even worse that she is supposedly in charge."
"Teresa Clark's behavior was extremely unpleasant. I'm disappointed that I can't leave a rating lower than 1 star. She was hired by the school to transport children with special needs. Unfortunately, she never reached out to arrange a pick-up time. On the first day of school, I contacted Teresa, and she reluctantly confirmed the pick-up, displaying rudeness for my inquiry. Regrettably, my son wasn't picked up as promised. When I confronted Teresa about this, she casually mentioned that there was a mistake in the start date and abruptly ended the call. She consistently ignored my attempts to reach out, only answering after numerous tries, at which point she denied any responsibility and even referred to my son, whom she hadn't met, as "dumb" due to his autism. I wouldn’t want Teresa Clark or her team transporting my special needs child or any human being with a disability. Teresa Clark you should be ashamed of yourself."
"When operating a business that specializes around clients who have special needs, a BASIC requirement should be compassion. This “business” lacks that. My nephew was supposed to be transported by these people … and honestly I’d rather him be flown by a carrier pigeon than trust him in the hands of Theresa. Disgusting. Smh."
"Employees talk bad about clients disabilities and their race. The situation has been brought to the attention of the management and the owner. Everything is brushed under the rug. This company and employees are a joke!"
"Shirley & Jason drove 19 of us around for a week during a missions trip to Charlotte. They were awesome! Courteous, on time and just super nice ti hang out with. They were a blessing!"
