"Wonderful small town pharmacy. Very pleasant to do business with. Happy they are here in Wayland. My wife’s meds are always ready on time. Not open Sunday but I respect that for their staff. I wish they had a bigger selection of health care items like they did years ago but it’s understandable. Easy parking and in and out quickly."

"Grateful for Quilans Medical for getting my prescription that I’ve been trying to get for my new CPAP machine within two days of a phone call from them to my doctors office. I have been trying to get it since August 2022 with no success from Dansville, Tri County. But, now the problem is this, the CPAP machine I have at home does not work, I have not had a good nights sleep in forever and now Quilans is telling me that I can’t come get my machine without going through a process of setting it up, which could take a long time to get someone there to do it. The girl on the phone was not understanding and she was a little bit rude and now I’m still without a working properly CPAP machine."

"Very judgmental staff! If you’re not going to be open on a Sunday then you need to beable to get your scripts on Saturday. I called to pick up a prescription and was speaking with the pharmacist and Chris was in the background telling the pharmacist what to do they continue to treat people with disrespect. I understand our state has rules but no need to be disrespectful. I must transfer my medical needs elsewhere. This is the last time I will be disrespected by this staff. He must realize he is not the pharmacist and it’s pharmacists that knows when a prescription is due and can be filled not his. If he wants to be a pharmacist then go to med school. In regards to your response it has nothing to do with picking up anything early I had my wife come get my scripts I had 4 there and gave her 1 not even the ones I needed. My problem is more of how they treat customers that’s my complaint nothing about not getting anything early but clearly the way I am treated by your staff obviously you didn’t even address that part of my complaint. Any other time when my prescriptions are due on Sunday they fill it in Saturday why was this last time ANY DIFFERENT????"

"They are very helpful with prescriptions, but what I love most of all is the "small hometown feel" and all the wonderful other fun items for sale. The staff was very polite and personable. Would recommend them to anyone."
