"On 07/21/23 I Was picking up Amazon delivery and shopping. The very elderly man behind the counter cashing me out was in obvious distress and in pain. I kept asking if he was ok but he said yea my back just hurts. I thought he was gonna fall out, I found another employee with no name tag and told her that he looked in trouble but she just smirked then told me he always like that and that it’s ok, he’s faking. It wasn’t ok, the man was easily in his 80s and she showed no compassion or respect, None. If she treats elderly workers like that imagine how she treats the elderly customers. Horrible, Not going back there."

"Anthony the pharmacist was super helpful today in regards to helping me with my OTC selection of medications. No matter how busy the pharmacists are they are always friendly and willing to help out their customers !"

"Zero responsibility taken for patient/customer health and wellness. Stay far away. We took our daughter here for her COVID vaccine. She got her first dose just fine and automatically scheduled her second dose for three weeks out as it is intended. We arrived for her appointment only to find they did not have any child doses of the vaccine available. No phone call, no appointment cancellation email, nothing. No attempt to identify another location for her either. Just, "sorry, nothing we can do, you're on your own." It's incredibly disappointing that these are the people given the responsibility for vaccinating children. It's clear they cannot handle it."

"Worst rite aid I have ever been to. I will say that the store itself was very organized but the employees are what will make me never go back. As I entered the store I wasn't greeted with a hello or anything of that nature I just got stared at with blank eyes as I grabbed a basket. Not more than 3 minutes into shopping I was followed around the whole entire store by one employee who must have thought I was going to shop lift. Every aisle I went down sure enough there he was right behind me or peeking over another aisle trying to watch. And as if that wasn't enough when I finally made it to the register the lady who cash me out was absolutely rude and acted like she really didn't want to be there. I will never go back to that store. 4/14/21. 10:45 a.m"

"This is a place that I do fairly well at. It sounds funny but I get some of the best prices on cereal here. Special K is 2/$5.00 this week and with the 6 boxes I purchased for $15.00 minus my $7.00 dollars I had earned from a previous purchase and a $1.00 manufacturer coupon I got all 6 boxes for $7.00. Not a bad deal."
