"Recently j had surgery and needed a lift to the VA for my appointment. I called a quarter after 9 and they said they would be right here . At 10 I called back and asked if a cab was on the way because my appointment was at 10:30 , they said they had a cab on the way. I kept waiting and eventually j had to ask my neighbor to take me to my appointment. And at 5 to eleven I got a call at my appointment from the cab driver saying he was outside and when I told him it wasn't needed anymore because he didn't show up on time he started cussing me out for not canceling the cab l. If this is how they treat disabled vets then vets don't need to be using them. I should have j called a Uber honestly"

"I was told 22 or 25 dollars for the ride then it turned into 42 dollars. I will no longer be using there services. I have nothing to gain from lieing but what do you have to gain a false sense of reassurance that your potential customers will believe you. Your a fraud and you know it your bad reviews are proof of it. Now please get of the phone that I pay for."

"I would have given 0 stars but then it wouldn't let you write a review. The biggest mistake my daughter made was calling this company. Apparently she didn't ask the right questions so she was totally taken advantage of. She was was charged $23 to go 3 miles and the driver didn't even bring her home. Tried to drop her and her friend about a quarter mile from our home. When I called about the service, or should say lack there of, I was told there was automatically a $19 charge before she even got in the car. None of this was told to her when she initially called. Their response was, "Well she didn't ask so we didn't say." I plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Not once was she told they are strictly cash only. Who pays with cash? Again that was never told to her. She asked to pay with her card to reserve the ride and was told they just needed her phone number. Plenty of opportunities to tell her it was a cash only. I'm sure this review will not stay posted very long. No worries I screenshot it and will be posting it on social media. This company is the worst company and should not be in business."
