Encompass Animal Care and Health

Encompass Animal Care and Health, located at 3969 Legion Drive in Hamburg, New York, is a veterinary care institution that is dedicated to providing targeted veterinary care for rescue groups, adoption facilities, and individuals in need. We focus on spaying and neutering community and rescued dogs and cats, offering limited appointment-only times in the afternoon for routine exams, minor medical problems, and occasional diagnostics.

Please note that we do not provide dental, orthopedic surgery, ICU, overnight care, or treat serious illnesses that require extensive monitoring. However, we offer a wide variety of products from flea and tick prevention to prescription diets and compounded medications.

If you or your rescue group cannot afford your pet's veterinary bill, you can create a free Waggle campaign with your veterinarian's information and medical estimate to receive financial assistance. Additionally, The Pet Fund provides financial assistance for non-basic, non-urgent care such as cancer treatment, heart disease, chronic conditions, and more.

Our Pet Emergency Fund is structured so that decisions concerning monetary assistance rest fully with veterinary hospitals, with funds distributed quarterly to member veterinary hospitals in Erie and Niagara Counties, NY.

We follow all state, local, and federal guidelines regarding Covid-19 to protect both our clients and staff. Only pets and staff are allowed in exam rooms at this time.
