I've had some negative experiences with vets in the past few years and I was feeling a bit traumatized by the "industry". "Today I had to take my dog Oakley in for blood work with my two very young kiddos and I have to say, the service here is incredible. The vet tech helped me and watched Oakley inside while I brought my kids into the car after the appointment and then walked Oakley out to my car for me during a snow storm. I was so impressed, it is very hard to find help now a days especially with having young kids and the tech was just so kind. Thank you again for above and beyond customer service ❤️"

"I recently brought our extremely anxious mastiff, Romy for a check up and to have her back leg looked at. She was so nervous that she started to poo uncontrollably in the exam room while waiting to be seen. I was mortified. The vet techs and Dr. Downey were so kind and understanding. The vet techs took care of most of the cleanup without hesitation. On top of that everyone handled Romy with such care. Her anxiety can manifest as aggression and she’s a big girl but they were all just calm as could be. We’ve been taking our pets here for years and we’ve always been impressed. Our last pup was ill with lymphoma and Dr. Pazderski was wonderful, she cried with us when we discussed how we could help keep Selene comfy and happy in the short time we had left with her. Anyhoo - 5 stars; excellent care by compassionate people."

"My pup has been going here since before we adopted him. He recently injured himself and they were able to get him in quickly and thoroughly examine him without causing him any discomfort. Everyone is very friendly, empathetic and made not only my fur baby comfortable but us as well. He ended up needing meds and I didn't walk out with an outrageous bill. We love it here."
