Complete failure of customer service and failure of imagination. Follow up: Greg Notoaro, owner and mananager did call me afterwards and apologized for my experiences. He plans to do retraining with his staff."

"I was sent here by a doctor at Healthworks for a back brace. The lady at the counter was very curt with me and didn't want to fill my script. She handed me a list of other places to call to get the brace. Most of the numbers were not in service, didn't carry the brace or couldn't help. Not great customer service when you get referred by a doctor. Had to call around on my own to find someone to help."
