"Absolutely incompetent! Meds on back order. Was told they would fill when in stock. Didn't do that. I’ve been told several times I was given “wrong information” by staff regarding how meds are filled once in stock. I’ve gone without my medication for months at a time. Disgraceful!!"

"I started using Wegmans pharmacy out of convenience as I do my shopping there, but I will never go elsewhere now. Between the staff and pharmacist's I have had such great experiences. They recommended coupons one time which saved me $63;a month on a copay, they have helped me when my insurance required my rx to go through mail order but I ran out by providing a few days supply. They are always friendly and caring. Just another example of how Wegmans goes above and beyond."

"In store they are great but do not expect to talk to anyone if you call. I've waited a half hour many times and ended up hanging up. As a test I went there called and waited to see if they were really experiencing high call volume as the hold message says and nope nobody was on the phone and nothing was ringing. I didnt complain to them cause its not worth it we are all busy but just wanted to let everyone know just go in they are great people and always helpful but the call center sucks."
