Best Western Plus Victor Inn & Suites

"Myself and my daughter stayed due to bad fog while driving. They were able to accommodate us last minute. Very kind front desk. At some point the alarms went off, the gentleman came to our door and asked if we were smoking. Neither of us smoke. We were dressing to follow everyone out. I was startled because I had already fallen asleep. My daughter was panicked when seeing people moving down the hallway. The firemen checked our room and gave an all clear. Nothing was found to be wrong. I had a little trouble after that falling asleep, worried it would happen again. All was well the rest of the night. I'm glad for the hotel fast reaction as well as the fire dept. I just wish we could have known why it went off, so we could have relaxed after the episode. I still would stay again. The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly."

"Rooms were immaculately clean, service is absolutely above and beyond, breakfast is wonderful for a free breakfast. Staff is super friendly and definitely aim to please. I couldn't recommend an overnight stay more!"

"One of the best places I have ever stayed. Desk staff extremely helpful and courteous. Joe, is the best. I think he came with the property. He knows everything that goes on and always has a friendly greeting and biscuits for your dog. Anytime I'm in the area I will camp out here."

"My parents and I stayed here Saturday night (we were in town for a wedding) and we had a wonderful stay. The room was very comfortable and clean, and we had nice breakfast choices in the morning. The wonderful girl at the front desk, Mikayla, could not have been nicer or more accommodating to me during our check in. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Rooms were good but the service was amazing. The free breakfast was fantastic! We were so impressed with the wonderful food and the gentleman who was also the maintenance man was so friendly and was on point for everything. Such a great representative for the hotel. Staff 100% on point. Just fantastic! We are in Boston and got a deal with Hilton doubletree hotel the last couple of days and their breakfast is $18 a person which is the exact same menu even make your own waffles as best western but best western is so much better and free! Hilton even charges you for gratitude 15% to bring you drinks so our bill for 4 adults and 1 child was $104!! I highly recommend this best western!"
