"Disappointment! Last week was my first visit to dr. Shivdasani, but he was not there for some good reason, so I met with a temporary doctor who assured that they will take good care of me. That all the tests they will do there, and that I can come and call them anytime with any issue. The doctor send me to do annual blood work test for next week(today). I asked to come as soon as possible to be the first, so I received 10am, first appointment. I arrived slightly before 10, the office was closed although the stuff were inside the office, but they didn't let people in. It is a big office with at least 10 chairs to sit, but there is not even one chair in the old and narrow corridor. After we got in I waited for 20 minutes and then asked when is blood work. The office manager angrily explained that I have to wait for the doctor to approve my tests and he is not even at work yet. When I tried to explain to her that it is the doctor who last week ordered for me to do the blood work so I don't need to see the doctor again, she had notting better to say than that I need to wait patiently until someone will come to take me. I was the first in line and I was waiting for 20 minutes and no one promised to see me anytime soon?!? The office font desc girls were not nice. The doctor can invite you but not come. You will come on your time but there will be an issue to be seen. So I left. NO for me, I will pass this place."

Dr. Shivdasani is a true treasure and his team are a pleasure. He's been mine and my family's primary for more than a decade and has never failed us.
