"It’s an ok company. I would say from several janitorial companies it’s a bit more professional than some other companies out there. But after a few years with them, after pandemic and shortage of staffing it became very unorganized. I only had one supervisor in the beginning that I appreciate for being respectful and actually took interest in looking out for you. But frustratingly all the rest were so full of themselves, condescending, rude, unprofessional and not very respectful. They don’t really listen to you, they seldom give raises (unless you are leaving them then they want to work with you about your pay) and HR does not call you back even though you leave messages. So after a few years it was time to go."

"It started off good until the property manager I worked for was playing with me and my niece hours after he couldn't get what he wanted they definitely try to keep there people quit but if your a female definitely be careful will definitely try to sleep with you my niece still got audio and videos of him hitting on her and he always said he can be grimmy pretty much letting us know the company always gonna believe him they probably fired him so they said but if you work for Rudy Grey he's definitely gonna come on to you and if your a guy he's definitely gonna ask you to get some street pharmaceuticals for him and he will look out for you I wouldn't trust anyone from this company"

"Ever since moving to our townhouse in regentvpark. Everytime they cut the grass they leave the trimmings all over your back patio for either you to clean yourself or to track into your house. Someone should be walking behind the mower and blowing off the patios after the yard gets cut. Common sense"

"I just applied for a job in 10 minutes later they told me I was not a good fit with 6 years experience I don't believe they called the company and gave them my resume. Also the same job which is in one location they are advertising it as it several locations in the Gaston County area the closest office for the bud group is in Charlotte why do they do this"
