"Brant of Clean Free Carpet Cleaning did exceptional upholstery deep cleaning to help me fix the botched upholstery job performed by Patty/Jen/Shane of Fiber Tech Services LLC. Brant quickly assessed over the phone what Fiber Tech Services LLC didn’t do (but should’ve if they were competent in upholstery cleaning) and made it a point to schedule me in asap. He arrived and as he started working it became immediately obvious why Fiber Tech Services LLC was trying to pressure me into giving them a 5 star review in exchange for them pretending to be decent people (instead of actually doing the job they claimed they could do but unfortunately couldn’t). Brant was extremely competent, professional, and friendly. I’ll be hiring Clean Free Carpet Cleaning for all my upholstery projects for the foreseeable future as there are so many carpet cleaners claiming to also be skilled in upholstery cleaning while scamming for 5 star reviews. "I had clean free come out and clean 2 large areas and my stairs, just to try them out. My situation was I had 30 year old carpet that hadn't been taken care of, I didn't expect a miracle and I was very upfront about that. Overall I'm generally happy with how the carpets look, they are definitely lightened, although some of the stains remain which is to be expected for sure. The only thing I had an issue with was being upsold thier red dye removal, which is fine but then when it didn't work fully, i was told it would cost me more to get it out because it would take longer, that was offputting for sure. Also, I was quoted a pet treatment because he must have heard my dog, on their website it says that they "first clean and neutralize the carpet, and then go back with industrial strength peroxide solution to treat the actual stains." Considering I had no pet stains in the rooms he did, I'm not sure how I got talked into paying for that.. The stairs however look great, they stayed wet for almost 24 hours but they look and smell great now. Otherwise the whole process was great, from scheduling to the actual cleaning, everyone seemed very nice and professional. Will be booking again to finish the rest of the house as I get the other rooms ready to be cleaned, although I think I'll be more weary about which additional services I agree too."
