"Contacted this business for debris removal services, David was extremely nice and helpful, I even said based on your website, I am worried your services may not be exactly right for what we are looking for (hauling construction debris & concrete) he assured me they infact do this type of business and it was no issue at all. We were all set up and scheduled for him to arrive the next day to the job site, I receive a call two hours prior to his scheduled arrival time and he cancels! Completely unprofessional and rude. He said he doesn't think he has the equipment for what we are doing, what part of the detailed description that we talked about the day prior that he was able to do changed now? I am frustrated to say the least. As a business owner, this is not how you handle business and new costumers."
