"We cannot say enough good things about Brown Haven homebuilders. we met with a half dozen builders and did not feel comfortable enough to have them build our house but as soon as we walked in to the Hiawassee office of Brown Haven and met Subrina, our sales person, we knew we I found the right builder. She was just the beginning of a line of employees from Brown who were truly straightforward, honest, caring people. Subrina is charming and friendly and was a wealth of knowledge when it came to taking our vision of of our home and making it into a reality. Brown Haven is very fair on their pricing, with no surprises and the quality of their workmanship and building materials is excellent. Tracy Smith is the office manager and is a firendly and caring person who makes the financial road you travel to get your home built seamless. Steve Puccio was our project manager. Superstar! He was on site nearly everyday and explained every single aspect of the build as it went along. The subs who worked on our house really knew their trade and Steve’s great working relationship with them absolutely led to building a home we love so very much. Were some things done incorrectly at times? Yes, but that’s going to happen. However, if Brown Haven stands for nothing else, they stand for integrity. Steve would pick up on the issue before we did and have the subs correct it. The general manager of this office is Tom Valichka and you know when you meet him why everyone who works for him is so positive and so good at what they do. He will tell you that Brown Haven wants you to love your home when it is done and he truly means it as he works with you as well to deliver what you hoped for. Brown Haven employees are truly good and decent people who care about you and will treat you with respect. Of course there will be issues which arise over an 8 month building period but they will talk with you about those issues and resolve them with you. Honestly, not a day goes by that my wife Cindy does not say how much she loves our home. Thank you all for that."
