"Placed 2 calls at 4:55 and 6pm on 11-25-23. Was assured someone would call back. Had a leak in pipe and had to shut off entire water system. It is now 11-26-23 12noon no call. Why advertise you service after hours. Found another plumber who was happy to come out and take care of our emergency."

"I recently had a stopped up kitchen sink at my home in Hiawassee. I called my regular plumber and he said he did not have the tool to unclog the drain and he would call Tony's Plumbing in Blairsville and get him to come out. Yes, Tony's Plumbing would fit us in for the next day. Thank you for that! When Tony's Plumbing arrived, my regular plumber met them at my home. I received a call from regular plumber, before they had gone into the house to check the problem, saying that Tony's wanted to "make us aware of the charge". I was prepared to pay a premium for the quick response but I was totally unprepared for the charge of $503 !!!! Because we were desperate to get the sink functional again, I agreed to the charge and they proceeded to enter the house, clean the drain and leave, ALL IN LESS THAN 1 HOUR !!! I understand that they came from Blairsville and worked us in to get to it quickly, but $503 to run a water jet into the drain and be gone in less than an hour is EXCESSIVE! My neighbor that uses Tony's for all of their plumbing needs said they have never been charged a "trip charge" and that they have always been reasonable with their pricing. Again, it appears that Tony's Plumbing saw an opportunity to gouge a customer! DO NOT USE TONY'S PLUMBING unless you are prepared for an EXCESSIVE charge."
