"There isn't enough space here. My experience was bad. Unprofessional! Dr G gave me only 5 minutes of his time at the first consultation. Didn't explain anything. Made 3 appointments. One said surgery.$$ WHAT!!! Didn't care what I thought my problem was. He said bladder. I said kidney. All tests were for bladder. My primary ordered tests which showed kidney. I made an appointment with a different specialist that will give me an hour of her time to discuss what to do. After telling Dr G's office 3 times to cancel all appointments and I will not be going back, they still call me to reschedule."

"Dr Gilbert has performed 2 surgeries on my dad for urinary / bladder problems and it has only gotten worse with each surgery. He is quick to do surgery but then impossible to get ahold of when there are problems and complications. My dad was rushed to the hospital due to a severe infection from a scar tissue scope Dr Gilbert did and for 3 days we could not get ahold of Dr Gilbert. Finally we get him on the phone and he tells us he's busy with many patients and to have the primary doctor put him in the hospital for interveness antibiotics to clear the infection. REALLY you did the botched up procedure, took the insurance money and now you want to wash your hands of us???? My personal business would be bankrupt if I conducted business in this matter. sad...frustrating....disappointed in the medical field...."
