"I have applied on indeed, called them several times and they want even return my calls, and would give these worthless mother Humpers 0 star if it was available.nothing but a bunch of lazy TRIFLING NO COUNT Individuals that work in that Office on Strafford Rd."
"My time here I learn about Ashley furniture. But felt that budd group could have paid more and be more present to check on all their employees including supervisors so they can see who stealing time and not working instead of accusing them of doing the same thing the supervisor doing while they ride around playing eye spy. Glad to be go."
"This is a message for the landscaping division. Today you guys came to mow at my employer - Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist main campus. I found out today upon leaving work, wet grass was blown onto my car and it dried during the course of the day, leaving an unsightly mess. Usually you all mow that parking lot with a Walker zero turn that catches grass and doesn't fling it everywhere. Usually, the area where I park is mowed with the Walker but for some reason it wasn't used today even though I saw it onsite. What's the use in having an $18K zero turn mower if you're not going to use it properly and as it was designed...meaning not flinging grass all over the parked cars? Not using the right tool for the job is inexcusably lazy. Don't want to work? Quit and let someone else come in and hopefully do it correctly."
"The drivers drive like idiots. And then get mad and shout when you honk your horn because they almost hit you and you have no where to get over . Kj 7145. Whoever drove that car today. I'm sending my dash cam footage over to the sheriff. They need to get a ticket. I also filmed them shouting at me when I said you almost hit me. If they can't drive with the equipment they don't need to be driving."
"If I could have given 0 stars, I would. Worked here for a couple of years and WOULD NOT recommend to anyone that serious about landscaping and wants to make a career out of it. They don't promote from within. They are completely unprofessional and treat their employees like they are nothing. The managers don't do a damn thing. They don't even stay there they're usually gone by around noon sitting in their houses while everyone is still working. They play favorites and will make you work like a slave while making the people they really deal with job so much easier. I tried to reach out to HR and the "big wigs" to talk about what's going on, and they wouldn't even call or message back. They fired guys off my truck just because I left. All in all, DO NOT APPLY HERE. You will cause yourself so much stress from dealing with these people. DONT DO IT. This company sucks and so do the people they put in charge. Ken, Joewi, and Ed have NO CLUE how to run a business and will play you every single chance they get. STAY AWAY FROM THE BUDD GROUP. For one instance, just to give you a little peek, the photos that I will attach are of ONE property that another crew was supposed to do that they bragged at the fact that they never did and because they didn't want their guys to do tried to have me do it after I was doing almost 30 properties a week and the crew that was supposed to be doing it had 10 or so. Hence why I no longer work there. I told them thats not my property to have the people who are supposed to be doing it do it, and they didn't want that, so they let me go. Mind you, this is just one little situation. They owed me almost $3,000 for a year and a half and were trying their best not to pay me what they owed me. I was injured on the job and had medical papers stating that I was not to be doing certain things that they sent me to do anyway with a sprained back. The equipment is trash and always breaks, and they don't care. I was sent to a property with a weed eater and an edger and was expected to get it all done. LMAO. I personally am about to have a lawsuit against them. My toe was broken on the job due to equipment safety malfunction, and they tried to tell me to go right back to work or I wouldn't be getting paid. JUST STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE ."
