"Tim "red" came out and cleaned my mother-in-laws septic out today. He spoke to her just like a family member would, which was so sweet, she's a widow and disabled. He did a amazing job. It's so hard to find good people in this world but I can say he is an absolute pleasure!!! Thank you Tim!"

"If I could them a 4.5 star I would. My husband has had a weekly service from Triple T Pumping since the end of July/beginning of August and most of the time they are able to fulfill that obligation. The times I've been up here and had seen someone come out, they were always professional, quick and efficient. The couple times the obligation was not filled but I believe someone's daughter was really ill and some other reasonable explanation for the 2nd time. I would've given a 5 star rating if there had been communication ahead of time so my husband was prepared instead of him having to call the next day. Overall, I feel they are a good company to have taking care of a dirty business that no one wants to do. We do appreciate them. Thank you Triple T Pumping for helping to keep us going while we wait for our house to be built."

"I called Triple T for an emergency on the 24 hour number. And was told it would be sometime tomorrow before they could get out here because their drivers have been working 15 to 16 hrs. a day. OK I understand that but you should not advertise 24 hour emergency service if you’re not gonna provide that. I wish the owner has still in town at least if I had spoken with him instead of the two people I spoke with on the 24 hour number I would’ve gotten the respect and the customer service that I had got a custom from triple T. At least I wouldn’t have been made to feel like I was bothering them the 704 number that I got off their answering machine. If their owner has been around. I wouldn’t have gotten talking to. Like I was wasting their time. I would not called them again, and I will not call them again for any reason. If you were no longer running emergency 24 hour service take it off your advertisements take it off your webpage up everywhere your name is. I had to end up calling someone else from out of town and the out of town fee was an extra 175$ . Mind you I’m a cancer patient and need access to a working bathroom and when my septic is backing up into my bathroom that is unhealthy for not only me, but my family and I tried to explain that to them, and they act like they don’t care. They told me to call A1 which does not have an emergency number because they don’t do 24 hour service. So I mean it up having a shell out over $600. They have a septic pumped because triple T refused to service my Septic. I found it to be rude and unprofessional to be talk to you like that. I’m just downright poor customer service. And I do hope that Mike sees this.!"

"Brought us a porta john from River Camp that was dirty. Had to call multiple times to come clean it because they never showed up on time to clean it. They were supposed to pick it up on 9/10 but left it at out site till after December and tried to charge us for it.. . They came highly recommended but this was absolutely the worst service I ever had. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone."

"Phone contact with Cindy and Evonne were both very professional and polite.A date and time was scheduled They told me Bill would call before he came out. Bill did call 30 minutes before he arrived. He was very knowledgeable about RVs black water and gray water tanks. He was very patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend this company."
