"We had a problem with a fairly new furnace that didn't show up until a recent extreme cold spell. The problem ended up being due to a manufacturing defect and was very tricky to trouble shoot. Although it required several trips to completely solve the issue, the Mountaineer team put forth a tremendous effort to see the problem through. "I called Mountaineer Heating and Cooling to ask questions about my furnace, and talked to Jeff. He was the nicest most professional serviceman I have talked to in quite some time. I was even able to text photos of my unit in order to see if I needed their professional help to fix what I thought was an issue. Turns out my system looked fine, and I didn't even have to pay for his professional opinion and knowledge. I will surely be calling them back for maintenance in the spring.
