"Their work was flawless. I couldn’t say more complimentary words and express more gratitude for their attentiveness to the clothes of mine. Jose was very friendly and knowledgeable and meticulous on each detail of the dry cleaning work. He made sure that any parts of my clothing that can be potentially damaged were first removed and then stitched back so that they would not be damaged during the cleaning process. He strictly followed any instructions provided for each piece of cloth and took extra caution not to risk damaging one coat of mine, which is made of both wool and down. As of now, I trust my clothes and items to their service. I will of course come back more. It was such a pleasure getting my clothes cleaned at their place!"

"These people refuse to let the Pet store next door get a loading area just like theirs. Yet I have to go into the pet store and haul a 25 pound bag back to my car parked in a normal parking spot while the dry cleaner clients have at most 2 pounds and they just pull up blocking the road dropping off their clothes. I use the dry cleaner down at Preston Corners. I refuse to use this business over their self-centeredness. Updated: funny to see his response. Been shopping at dog place since it's opening. The two loading area signs for his business were recently put up a couple of years once they opened up. That's not a true statement for him to act like they were not put up by him."

"They shattered every single button on my jacket and vest, then tagged the garments as having arrived defective. Never coming back; they cost me a lot of money in repair work. There was a very hypothetical response to my review from the business, so I will attach a photograph. If you had followed all of your own procedures described, this would have been a civil discussion in your shop, over in minutes. I only discovered that my favorite suit - a six thousand dollar custom piece from Orazio Luciano - the day I was putting it on for work. It was shocking. Truly, I would never trust you with my suits again. Your response did nothing to have me reconsider. I'll get my suits cleaned and repaired elsewhere."

"Great dry cleaner! For the first time, I am able to pick up my shirts and not have to touch them up before I wear them. The owners are very solicitous and the customer care is superb. European Cleaners also use the latest technology in the dry cleaning business and do not use any soaps or fluid that give your clothes a particular objectionable scent."
